About the Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Beach Attendant Pool Services to join the resort s Pool Services team
- Set up and maintain beach loungers umbrellas towels and other amenities throughout the day
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements and special requests
- Ensure the beach area is clean organized and safe at all times
- Monitor guest activity and report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor
- Provide towels water and other amenities promptly and courteously
- Support lifeguards and pool services team in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
- Assist with beachside events cabana services and VIP guest arrangements as needed
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered
- Maintain inventory of beach supplies and report replenishment needs
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all guest-facing areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and care

About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused attitude.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
