Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities Provide information about hotel services outlets and local attractions Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby entrance and luggage storage areas Performs shoeshine service picking up shoes from guest room cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact Requirements 1-3 years of experience in related field Preferably with Driver s License Excellent command in English Arabic is an advantage
