Key Responsibilities: Execute high-volume cash transactions, cheque clearances, and foreign exchange operations with zero error margin. Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions by strictly applying QCB-mandated KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML protocols. Balance the physical cash drawer against the core banking system ledger at the close of every business day. Actively cross-sell retail banking products (credit cards, personal loans, savings plans) to walk-in customers to meet branch targets. Mandatory Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant financial or business discipline. Language: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English) are strictly required.
