Aventus is currently working with a leading international law firm in Dubai looking to hire a bilingual Arabic / English Paralegal to support its Corporate and Litigation teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international practice, working closely with lawyers on a broad range of corporate, commercial and contentious matters.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Supporting the Corporate and Litigation teams on ongoing client matters.
- Liaising directly with UAE government authorities, courts and relevant institutions.
- Coordinating filings, notarisation, visa applications and licensing procedures.
- Managing client communications and administrative requirements.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken – essential.
- Previous paralegal experience within a UAE law firm, ideally supporting Corporate and / or Litigation teams.
- Familiarity with UAE government procedures, filings and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Location: Dubai – office-based.
