Join a fully remote team supporting Utah customers with accurate billing for insurance and financial-services accounts. This entry-level, full-time Billing Representative resolves invoice questions, posts payments, and helps keep account balances clear through phone and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices, premium notices, and payment reminders.

• Apply incoming payments and investigate unmatched or duplicate transactions.

• Explain balances, due dates, billing adjustments, and available payment options.

• Coordinate billing corrections with policy service, finance, and customer support partners.

• Document customer interactions and payment activity in billing platforms.

Qualifications:

• Interest in billing operations, receivables, or financial account support.

• Comfort reviewing invoices, payment records, and account balances.

• Ability to explain billing details clearly in written and verbal conversations.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, web-based billing tools, or payment portals.

• Careful approach to handling customer financial information and follow-up items.
