The candidate will develop accurate BIM models, produce shop drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery as per client requirements. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior fit-out projects. Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and resolution. Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines. Update and revise models based on design changes and site requirements. Support project teams with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation when required. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs. What We Offer Competitive salary package. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in GCC. Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Experience in Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage. Strong understanding of interior detailing and fit-out execution. Knowledge of LOD standards (preferably up to LOD 400). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong coordination and communication skills.
