Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of social media and digital content across assigned FAB Group food and beverage brands. Ensures that channels are current, visually consistent and engaging through content calendars, publishing, community responses and performance tracking. This is a hands‑on position at assistant‑manager equivalent level, with no direct reports or responsibility for departmental strategy, PR or paid media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Experience & Content
• Apply each brand's approved tone of voice, visual standards and positioning to social content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars based on agreed promotions, menus, launches and venue activity.
• Write and adapt captions, stories, reels concepts and short-form content for
• Prepare clear shot lists and creative briefs for planned photography and videography.
• Source and select appropriate imagery, video clips and user-generated content, obtaining permissions where required.
• Identify timely social trends and suggest suitable content ideas for approval.
• Operational Execution & Channels
• Schedule and publish approved content on Instagram, TikTok and other assigned channels.
• Maintain accurate profiles, links, highlights, pinned posts, opening hours and promotional information.
• Check all posts for accuracy, format, branding, quality and approval before publication.
• Visit venues as required to capture developments and maintain relevant, up-to-date content.
• Monitor comments, messages, tags and mentions; respond using approved guidance and elevate complaints or booking requests appropriately.
• Maintain an organised content library, publishing calendar and record of approved assets.
• Performance & Commercial Awareness
• Record channel results, including reach, engagement, video views, follower growth, saves and shares.
• Provide concise monthly reporting on content output, performance, audience response and recommended improvements.
• Adjust timing, content formats and posting frequency within the approved plan using performance evidence.
• Support approved campaigns, offers and launches with relevant channel content and clear calls to action.
• Flag suitable organic posts for potential paid amplification; paid budget and campaign decisions remain outside this role.

• Deliver assigned content to agreed deadlines and flag missing information or approval risks early.
• Communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality and follow approved brand and content procedures.
• Take responsibility for publishing accuracy, account security, digital conduct and correct use of brand assets.
• Maintain a proactive, organised and guest-conscious approach across multiple venues and brand accounts.

Candidate Profile

• Typically 3–5 years' experience delivering social media or content for hospitality, F&B or consumer brands.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, content scheduling tools and native platform analytics.
• Confident caption writer with good visual judgement and a practical understanding of short-form video.
• Able to plan content, create briefs and coordinate asset production while managing concurrent deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality audiences and premium dining content is preferred.
