About 4 Degrees of U (4DU) 4DU ( is a women-first wellness brand building products around the different ways women want to feel and show up in their lives - stronger, more focused, more balanced, and more confident in how they look and feel. Our current portfolio includes daily nutrition bars and functional protein powders. Our larger ambition is to build a modern wellness brand that supports women from the inside out. We are now looking for a Brand & Social Lead to shape how 4DU shows up on social media, in culture and across brand-led communication. About the Role This is not just a content calendar management role. You will be the internal owner of 4DU’s social media and day-to-day brand expression—turning business priorities, product stories and cultural insights into content that feels distinctly 4DU. You will work closely with the founders, growth team, marketing advisors, performance team and external creative partners. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, direct creative work and build the systems required to help our content engine move faster. What You Will Own Social Media Strategy Define monthly and quarterly social priorities Build and evolve our content pillars Translate brand and business objectives into strong social narratives Identify relevant cultural conversations, trends and emerging formats Balance brand-building, product storytelling, education and entertainment Build a differentiated social identity for 4DU Brand and Creative Direction Become a strong custodian of 4DU’s positioning, voice and visual world Develop briefs for campaigns, reels, carousels, shoots and creator content Improve hooks, storytelling structures, formats and visual treatments Give agencies, designers and creators clear, actionable feedback Build repeatable content franchises that audiences associate with 4DU Maintain a healthy mix of planned and reactive content Agency and Partner Management Lead our relationship with social media and creative partners Set clear creative direction, expectations and timelines Review concepts and executions Work with creators, photographers, designers, freelancers and production partners Build systems that help external teams understand and deliver the 4DU brand more independently Social Operations Own the content calendar and publishing schedule Maintain a rolling 2–3 week content pipeline Manage production timelines, approvals and deliverables Build workflows for planned and reactive content Lead weekly and monthly social reviews Create processes that allow content volume to scale without compromising quality Performance and Learning Track which messages, hooks, formats and consumer benefits resonate Use comments, objections and audience behaviour to improve content Work closely with the growth and performance teams Build a continuous feedback loop between organic and paid content Use data to sharpen creative decisions without allowing metrics alone to dictate the brand Campaigns and Launches Develop narratives for product launches and brand initiatives Build pre-launch, launch and post-launch content plans Create social-first campaign ideas Work with creators and partners to bring campaigns to life Ensure launches feel culturally relevant—not purely transactional Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Have approximately 3–5 years of experience across brand, social media, creative or content Have worked with a strong consumer, D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brand or at an excellent creative or social agency Understand both long-term brand building and fast-moving social media Have a strong instinct for culture, trends and internet behaviour Can distinguish between content that is simply viral and content that meaningfully builds a brand Have excellent creative judgement and can defend a point of view Can turn strategy into clear, actionable briefs Can manage agencies and creative partners effectively Are highly organised and comfortable running multiple content streams Can move quickly, make decisions and take ownership This Role May Not Be for You If: You see social media primarily as filling a monthly calendar Your default strategy is replicating trending reels You prefer executing briefs rather than shaping them You are uncomfortable giving direct creative feedback You need multiple layers of approval before making decisions You believe brand and performance marketing should operate independently Why Join 4DU? 4DU is still early in its journey, which means this role will have meaningful influence over how the brand develops. There will be strategy - but there will also be doing. There will be processes - but you will help build them. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to help a new consumer brand find its voice, build a distinctive identity and earn a place in culture.
