We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements, business clarification, and UAT for HR technology delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience;
- 3+ years in HR Technology, Employee Self-Service, or Enterprise Portals;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria;
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps & Agile/Scrum;
- Strong UAT experience, including test design, defect triage & sign-off;
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML, wireframes and traceability;
- Ability to read API specifications (REST/Swagger, SOAP/WCF);
- Basic SQL for data validation;
- Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or .NET HR systems is preferred;
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
