Müller’s Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. You’ll work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, improve processes and turn requirements into effective solutions for our clients.
ЗадачиLead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements Analyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN) Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews and hypercare Support demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform
