Key Responsibilities Map business processes to ERP systems. Analyze existing business workflows and identify improvement opportunities. Work with SAP and Microsoft tools, including Power Automate . Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. Document business processes and workflow requirements. Assist in implementing improved and automated business processes. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field . 5+ years of experience in business or process analysis. Practical experience with SAP . Experience with Microsoft tools, particularly Power Automate . Strong business process mapping and workflow analysis skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze and improve business workflows. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
