Some roles are about keeping things organized. Others put you at the center of decisions, relationships, and opportunities that shape an entire business.
ASC Group is seeking an exceptional Business Assistant to the CEO — a highly intelligent, polished, and resourceful professional who can operate with discretion, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring structure to a fast-moving executive environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who thrives on excellence, values the highest standards of professionalism, and understands that supporting a CEO requires far more than managing a calendar. It requires sound judgment, absolute reliability, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to stay several steps ahead.
We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right hand to the CEO — ensuring that every detail is handled seamlessly, every priority receives the right attention, and every day runs with precision, regardless of location.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Executive & Business Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate complex schedules, international travel, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials to an impeccable standard.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, track outstanding actions, and make sure important commitments never fall through the cracks.
Strategic Coordination
- Support the CEO across business initiatives, projects, and operational priorities.
- Conduct research, gather information, prepare concise summaries, and help the CEO make informed decisions.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal teams, external partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify potential challenges, anticipate requirements, and proactively resolve issues before they escape.
Lifestyle & Personal Assistance
- Coordinate selected personal arrangements and logistics where required, ensuring the same level of precision and discretion applied to business matters.
- Manage reservations, appointments, travel arrangements, and other requests efficiently.
- Handle last-minute changes calmly, creatively, and without compromising quality.
Confidentiality & Trust
- Handle sensitive business and personal information with absolute discretion.
- Exercise sound judgment when managing access, communications, and competing priorities.
- Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, maintaining exceptional standards of etiquette and communication.
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in a person whose professionalism is evident not only in their experience, but in how they think, communicate, and approach responsibility.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Strong business acumen, initiative, and the ability to distinguish between what is urgent and what truly matters.
- A proactive mindset: you anticipate rather than wait for instructions.
- High emotional intelligence, composure under pressure, and an excellent sense of professional etiquette.
- Absolute integrity and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Confidence working with senior executives, demanding schedules, and high expectations.
- Ability to work independently, stay productive in a remote environment, and remain accessible according to the CEO's schedule.
- Flexibility when business priorities require adjustments outside a conventional working day.
Experience supporting a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive in an international business environment will be a significant advantage.
The Person Who Will Excel in This Role
You are naturally organized, intellectually curious, and exceptionally attentive to detail. You take ownership rather than wait to be reminded. You can move effortlessly between a business meeting, an urgent operational issue, and a last‑minute travel change — remaining composed and solution-oriented throughout.
You understand the value of time, communicate with clarity, and know when to act independently and when to seek guidance. Working remotely does not diminish your sense of responsibility; you bring structure, initiative, and accountability to everything you do.
Most importantly, you appreciate that trust is earned through consistency, discretion, and the quality of every detail.
Why ASC Group?
- Remote flexibility: Work remotely while providing high-level support to executive leadership.
- Direct exposure to executive leadership: Work closely with the CEO and gain insight into business decisions and priorities.
- A role built on trust: Take meaningful ownership and become an integral part of the CEO's day-to-day operations.
- A dynamic international environment: Coordinate across business activities, relationships, and evolving priorities.
- Professional development: Strengthen your executive, operational, and business coordination skills through direct experience.
- High standards, meaningful responsibility: Join an environment where initiative, reliability, and value are genuinely valued.
The Standard Is Excellence.
This position is not for someone looking for a routine administrative role. It is for a professional who takes pride in being indispensable through competence, judgment, and exceptional execution.
If you are discreet, resourceful, highly organized, and ready to become a trusted partner to executive leadership, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
