We are searching for a talented Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about helping others grow their businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business coaching
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to work full-time hours
- Ability to obtain own visa
- Preference given to Pakistani nationals
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ current business strategies and identify areas of improvement
- Brainstorm innovative business solutions with clients to help them reach their goals
- Develop customized plans for each client based on their individual needs and objectives
- Support clients in all phases of the implementation process, from initial planning stages through execution and follow-up
- Monitor the progress of each client’s business performance and make regular adjustments as needed
- Provide motivational coaching, guidance, and feedback to clients throughout the duration of the program
