BUSINESS CONSULTANT

We are currently looking for a Business Consultant with strong experience in AMER Tasheel and DED processes to join our team in Dubai .

Location: Dubai UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE government service centers
Industry: Business Setup / PRO Services / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end company formation licensing and renewal processes via AMER Tasheel DED and other UAE government portals
• Guide clients on documentation and procedures for visas trade licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clients
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with AMER Tasheel DED

• Strong knowledge of UAE business setup and visa processing

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Proactive detail-oriented and professional
