THE ROLEDevelop, maintain, test and improve business-continuity and disaster-recovery plans, records, call trees, recovery procedures and training under the enterprise business continuity management (BCM) programme.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree, supported by continuing education in a related field. 8–12 years of progressive experience in BCM, disaster recovery (DR), testing and crisis management. Strong knowledge of ISO, NIST and continuity/compliance practices. Hands‑on experience maintaining BCP/DR documentation, conducting exercises and coordinating corrective actions.
