We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management Specialist (Senior Specialist) to join a large-scale eHealth programme.
THE ROLE
Develop, maintain, test and improve business-continuity and disaster-recovery plans, records, call trees, recovery procedures and training under the enterprise business continuity management (BCM) programme.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, supported by continuing education in a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in BCM, disaster recovery (DR), testing and crisis management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, NIST and continuity/compliance practices.
- Hands‑on experience maintaining BCP/DR documentation, conducting exercises and coordinating corrective actions.
KEY SKILLS
- Business impact analysis (BIA) data collection and plan maintenance
- DR procedures, call trees and recovery documentation
- Exercise planning, facilitation and after‑action reports
- Outage exposure and critical point‑of‑failure analysis
- Information‑security continuity and backup requirements
- Contact lists, inventories, network diagrams and vital records
- Training and stakeholder coordination
- Audit evidence and issue follow‑up
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Healthcare or critical‑infrastructure experience
- Experience with technology and facility recovery
- Vendor and insurance continuity controls
