Job Overview

Marc Ellis is hiring a Business Data Analyst specializing in KYC (Know Your Customer) and Management Information (MI) Reporting for an onsite opportunity in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on business performance monitoring, KYC portfolio analysis, management reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will analyze client and portfolio data, develop management information reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze KYC Book of Work (BOW), client, and portfolio data to support business strategy and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain MI reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights to identify business opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
• Conduct business reviews, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Prepare management presentations and visual summaries to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with KYC, Coverage, Operations, and cross-functional teams to address business and data requirements.
• Support initiatives to improve business efficiency, reporting processes, and data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Business Data Analysis and MI Reporting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with analytical tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of business Coverage and Operations.
• Experience in management reporting, KPI monitoring, and business performance analysis.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Preferred Industry Knowledge

Experience in KYC or financial services is an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing portfolio information, supporting management reporting, and working with cross-functional business teams.
