Business Development Manager

Your Impact

As Senior Business Development Manager you will be based in Dubai UAE focusing on one of Cisco s most strategic EMEA Service Provider partners In this role you will partner closely with the customer collaborating with their IoT division to drive revenue and achieve bold growth targets by leveraging Cisco s Mobility solutions While you will report directly to the Engineering and Operations organization and maintain strategic alignment with Cisco s Sales teams your primary mission is the success of our joint business with the Service Provider customer You will be supported by a matrixed organization designed to help you accelerate growth elevate our collective brand presence

Business Growth and Commercial Execution

• Partner with the customer teams to identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities supporting them through the sales funnel to successful closure in collaboration with all customers
• Partner to develop competitive proposals and strategies that align with business objectives

Marketing & Promotion

• Support joint partner marketing initiatives including trade shows campaigns and other promotional activities to drive market awareness

Product Expertise and Innovation

• Become an expert in the mobility products used by the customer notably the Cisco Mobility Services Platform Deliver world-class product demos and lead enterprise sales opportunities within the Cisco and customer partnership Apply specialized expertise to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions that differentiate our platform in the market

Leadership and Resource Orchestration

• Manage and coordinate Cisco s internal resources throughout the sell-to-customer process providing functional and technical oversight to maximize win rates and ensure optimal utilization of expertise

Strategic Partnership

• Establish and cultivate superior relationships with key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the sales lifecycle for customers and prospects Influence and negotiate at senior and C-level executive levels to drive business outcomes Assist in the development of go to market strategies that create a competitive advantage and accelerates revenue

Liaison

• Act as a liaison between the customer and all internal Cisco teams in the Business Unit and Sales organizations to ensure alignment on timing and requirements for deliverables critical to customer success

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 years of business development or account management experience within the mobile network operator space with a deep understanding of the culture and processes inherent in large-scale operators
• Expertise in understanding enterprise and mobile operator business needs with the ability to craft and customize compelling narratives
• Strong knowledge of carrier and enterprise business development and a proven track record of outstanding performance
• Prior sales or partnership experience within the M2M and Internet of Things IoT market
• Exceptional communication skills including a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to tell a persuasive story
• Superior relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels including senior executives
• Advanced proficiency in presentation design and slide development
• Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives and high-stakes prospects
• An understanding of advanced mobile operator capabilities and features and how to translate them into enterprise applications
• A self-starter mentality with a focus on fast execution and results
• A Bachelor s degree in Business or Engineering

Minimum Qualifications: You are a high-impact professional with a proven track record in the mobile network operator sector. You possess the following qualifications:
