Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading proponent of innovative and green cleaning technologies based in the UAE. Catering to diverse sectors including the aviation, marine, FMS, and industrial markets, the company is looking to hire a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

The Business Development Manager will be a results-oriented professional responsible for identifying and developing new customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring steady business growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and advanced communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying & developing potential customers
• Formulating sales forecasts
• Achieving sales & collection targets
• Forging solid relationships to keep customers in and competitors out
• Ensuring steady business growth
• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in institutional or industrial selling
• Degree holder in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Marketing, Management, and related courses may also be considered)
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Results-oriented with highly developed communication skills
• Adequate literacy in MS Windows OS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driving skills, preferably with a UAE driving license
