We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE . The ideal candidate will be a Chinese national with strong knowledge of the business market, excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English , and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, investors, companies, and business partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities and market trends.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service and successful project delivery.
- Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence and business development recommendations to management.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.
Requirements
- Chinese nationality is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar position.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the Engineering , constructions , sanitaryware, ceramic tiles, or building materials industry will be preferred.
