Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Surat. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, and build strong relationships with OEMs and other target customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to develop proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts within established guidelines. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns, events, and customer outreach. The Business Development Manager will be expected to represent PCC professionally, gather customer feedback, and help shape growth strategies for the EMS business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management within electronics manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in market research, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to craft customer-focused solutions.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of EMS/PCB assembly services or willingness to quickly learn technical product and service offerings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting revenue targets and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Comfort working on-site in Surat and visiting customer locations as needed.
