About the Role

NBIZ Infosol is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, contacting prospective clients, promoting NBIZ Infosol's services, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, organized and comfortable communicating with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE.
• Prospect for potential B2B clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
• Contact decision-makers and introduce NBIZ Infosol's services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Promote NBIZ Infosol's training, certification, consulting and business solutions.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads and existing prospects.
• Prepare quotations/proposals in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
• Negotiate and work toward closing sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute market feedback and new business ideas to the sales/marketing team.

• Willingness to learn about ISO standards, certification, training and consulting services.
• Previous B2B/B2C sales experience is an advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Secondary School / 10th / 12th pass
• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills can be considered regardless of degree specialization.
