About the Role
PECA is seeking a highly organized, commercially minded, and customer-focused Business Development, Sales Operations & Order Management Specialist to support its polymer manufacturing operations.
This individual will support the full customer lifecycle—from identifying and engaging prospective customers through job quoting, purchase-order processing, production coordination, shipment, invoicing, and ongoing account development. The role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, developing new business, communicating with technical and purchasing contacts, preparing quotes, managing incoming orders, and coordinating with manufacturing and accounting personnel.
This is a hands-on commercial role within a specialized polymer manufacturing business. It is well suited to someone who enjoys both building customer relationships and managing the operational details required to turn opportunities into completed, invoiced orders.

- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, order changes, shipping documentation, invoices, customer communications, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate customer setup documentation, credit applications, tax-exemption certificates, vendor forms, nondisclosure agreements, and similar commercial records.
- Assist with sales reporting, order forecasting, customer analysis, and other commercial administrative activities.
