Business Development Executive -(Emiratisation)

Join Rakbank and play a key role in driving the growth of one of the UAE's leading digital education payment platforms. We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented UAE National to manage and expand the Skiply portfolio by partnering with schools across the UAE, increasing parent registrations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines relationship management, business development, and service excellence, ensuring seamless payment solutions for parents while promoting relevant banking products and value-added services that support the needs of schools and families.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and grow the Skiply portfolio across assigned schools and education institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers, including CFOs, CEOs, and owners.
• Conduct regular school visits to drive user registrations and increase product adoption.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer engagement, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Rakbank products and services to Skiply users.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to achieve portfolio growth targets.
• Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Drive service excellence while delivering portfolio growth and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in digital payments, fintech, and financial services.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve business objectives.
• Previous experience in banking, sales, business development, relationship management, or customer service is preferred.
• Minimum of progressive 3 years of work experience ideally in digital channel management, payments product management, or program management of large-scale digital platforms.
