About Serve Freight
Serve Freight is a third-party logistics provider specializing in high-stakes, time-sensitive, and complex shipments. We are building a multi-division logistics platform with a freight brokerage that runs like a machine.
Serve Freight is a mission-driven company. We exist to move the freight that can’t afford to go wrong, and to do it with a level of precision and accountability our customers can count on. That mission shapes how we work: high standards, a bias for pace, and a genuine willingness to invest in the people who help us deliver on it.
The Role
This Business Development Representative role is a phone-first sales seat for an experienced seller. You’ll spend your day calling shippers, qualifying opportunities, and applying your sales experience to the freight brokerage business.
You’ll work directly with our Director of Sales and Operations, our Director of Business Development, and our CEO. You’ll start by sourcing new accounts and handing them to our operations team to manage. As you demonstrate results, you’ll earn the opportunity to manage accounts yourself at higher commission rates.

How You Earn
Your commission grows as your results grow. Early on, you’ll source accounts and hand them to our operations team (lower rate, recurring residual). As you prove you can manage accounts independently, you unlock higher commission tiers. The faster you produce, the faster your income climbs.
Growth
Business Development Representatives who execute move into roles with larger books and higher commission ceilings. We promote from within. The people who earn it get it.
