Business Development Specialist — Genus

Doha · on-site at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) · Full-time

Genus is a GCC hiring platform built on the Nobel Prize-winning deferred-acceptance matching algorithm, with three products: Genus (matching, institutional & cohort hiring), Taklif (doctors hospitals), and Tansiq (students programs).

We’re looking for a results-driven closer to grow Genus across the GCC — presenting to government entities, hospitals, universities, large employers, and investors, and turning conversations into signed agreements.

You bring:

• 3+ years of B2B/B2G business development in the GCC
• A proven record of closing, often from the first meeting
• Confidence presenting to C-suite, government, and investors
• A strong GCC network (HR, healthcare, education, or government)
• Fluent English (Arabic a strong plus) and the right to work in Qatar (QID)

We offer a competitive base + performance commission, direct work with the founding team, and the chance to shape go-to-market at an early-stage, research-driven company inside Qatar’s innovation ecosystem.
