Business Development Manager- MICE & Luxury Wedding

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across our Luxury Weddings and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) verticals for Marassi region in Egypt . This role requires a relationship-focused sales professional with a passion for luxury experiences, strategic partnerships, and delivering bespoke solutions for discerning clients.

Key Responsibilites:

• Drive revenue growth across the Luxury Weddings and MICE business segments.
• Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
• Build and nurture relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, corporates, luxury hotels, venues, and hospitality partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, itineraries, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close business opportunities while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal operations, vendor partners, and destination teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury destinations to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular business reports.

What we are looking for:

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development within luxury travel, destination weddings, MICE, hospitality, or event management.
• Proven experience in acquiring and managing premium clients and strategic partnerships.
• Strong network with wedding planners, luxury hotels, corporate clients, and event partners is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with luxury hospitality brands, destination management companies (DMCs), or event management firms is an advantage.

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm
