Our client a wellestablished and fastgrowing marketing and creative solutions company in the Middle East is looking to hire a Business Development Manager . This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement business growth and marketing strategy.

You will play a key role in expanding the company s client base building longterm relationships and driving revenue through tailored marketing solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored proposals.
  
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client goals.
  
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
  
• Stay updated on market trends competition and marketing innovations.
  
• Ensure excellent postsale support and client satisfaction.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales business development or account management ideally in a marketing or creative agency.
  
• Strong sales communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  
• Bilingual in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
  
• Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for creative solutions.
