Key Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies designed to expand SuperCare 's retail presence and improve profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and diversification of products or services.
• Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance to support strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, business partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, retail operations, and other internal teams to align and implement business development plans.
• Monitor the performance of assigned stores and areas and recommend adjustments where required to achieve business objectives.
• Support expansion initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies, applicable legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving multiple commercial and operational priorities.
