Role Overview

Our client, a fast-growing IT solutions provider in Dubai partnered with Red Hat, SUSE, VMware/Broadcom, AWS and Azure, is hiring a high-energy Business Development Executive. You will open new accounts and build pipeline for enterprise IT software and solutions across UAE/GCC.

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will drive new logo acquisition and grow existing accounts for AI and IT software solutions and professional services across the UAE Region.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospecting & lead generation: Find and qualify new opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, events (e.g., GITEX) and partner referrals.
• Outbound calling: Run consistent daily call blocks to book discovery meetings and nurture early-stage leads.
• Pipeline ownership: Build and manage your funnel; keep CRM data accurate and forecasts reliable.
• Customer engagement: Run discovery, coordinate demos with pre-sales, position solutions and build the business case.
• Proposals & closures: Coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, pricing and commercials; negotiate and close deals.
• Partner collaboration: Work with vendor and distributor teams on demand generation, deal registration and joint campaigns.
• Market intelligence: Track competitor moves, pricing and regional trends to sharpen go to-market tactics.
• Reporting: Share weekly activity, pipeline and forecast updates; deliver against monthly and quarterly targets (MRR/ARR, GP).

What We’re Looking For

• 1-5 years of B2B sales or inside sales in IT software, solutions or services. Fresh graduates with strong communication and drive will also be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with one or more of: Linux, containers/Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automation (Ansible), virtualization, backup/DR, DevSecOps.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and a target-driven environment with frequent customer meetings across UAE/GCC.
• Working knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, IT, Engineering or related).
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

KPIs / Success Metrics

• Qualified opportunities created per month and conversion rates.
• New customer acquired and revenue/GP targets achieved (monthly/quarterly).
• Renewal rate and cross/upsell performance.
• Activity metrics: meetings, demos, proposals, and forecast accuracy.
