Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and Lead Generation. The role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, managing CPL campaigns, and optimizing performance across digital channels. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign data, negotiating partnerships and payout structures, and maintaining strong communication with affiliates and clients. The team member will monitor lead quality, ensure campaign delivery meets client goals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new strategies for growth. The role also includes preparing reports, updating CRM or tracking systems, and contributing to process improvements to support sustainable business expansion. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, optimize CPL performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates, clients, and internal teams. Proven experience in lead generation and affiliate marketing, with the ability to design and manage CPL-focused campaigns. Market research skills to identify potential partners, understand industry trends, and discover new growth opportunities. Customer service skills to ensure partner and client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term collaboration. Familiarity with performance marketing platforms, tracking tools, and basic CRM usage. Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in digital marketing or in a similar business development role in the affiliate space is preferred.
