Compensation: ₹5 – 9 LPA fixed + uncapped incentive (OTE ₹7–12 LPA)

About Finahub Finahub Technology Solutions is a Kochi-based enterprise software company that does full-stack implementation of the India Stack for Indian enterprises. Founded by a team with deep experience in financial software, we build UIDAI-compliant products that let regulated institutions onboard customers digitally – in minutes, not days.
We already power digital onboarding for 35+ organisations across banking, NBFC, insurance, securities and microfinance – including Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Securities, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and Muthoot Finance .
What You’ll Be Selling - FinaKYC – Aadhaar authentication and eKYC server for instant, paperless customer onboarding (OTP and biometric), with AUA/KUA registration support and inbuilt fraud monitoring.
- FinaSign – CCA- and UIDAI-compliant Aadhaar eSign platform with REST APIs, web and mobile clients, and eSign workflow management at scale.
- FinaVault – Aadhaar Data Vault built to UIDAI guidelines for secure storage of customer and employee Aadhaar data.
- FinaGuardAI – Multifactor authentication with face and gesture recognition plus deepfake detection.
The Role You will own new business across our full product portfolio – selling to banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, insurers, microfinance institutions, telecom operators and ISPs. This is a consultative, compliance-heavy sale: your buyers are Heads of Digital, CTOs, COOs, Compliance Officers and Business Heads, and they care as much about UIDAI/RBI regulatory fit as they do about the product. You’ll be the person who translates our technology into a business case they can sign off on.
Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a qualified pipeline of banks, NBFCs, brokers, insurers and fintechs across target territories.
- Run discovery, product demos and solution presentations for senior decision-makers and evaluation committees.
- Position the right product mix – FinaKYC, FinaSign, FinaVault, FinaGuardAI, GLM – against each client’s onboarding and compliance needs.
- Navigate enterprise procurement: RFPs, security and compliance questionnaires, commercial negotiation and contracting, working with our technical and legal teams.
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell into new business lines and geographies.
- Track regulatory developments (UIDAI circulars, RBI KYC and outsourcing guidelines, NPCI initiatives) and use them to open conversations.
- Feed structured market and client insight back into product and roadmap decisions.
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, BFSI technology or enterprise software, with a track record of closed deals you can talk through.
- Working understanding of the banking / NBFC ecosystem – how these institutions buy, who signs, and how long it takes.
- Comfort with technical and regulatory subject matter: APIs, integrations, and Aadhaar / KYC / data-protection compliance. You don’t need to code, but you do need to hold your own in a room with a CTO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present credibly to CXO-level audiences.
- Self-directed – you can build a territory plan and work it without daily supervision.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across India.
Nice to Have - Existing relationships within banks, NBFCs, cooperative banks or broking houses.
- Prior exposure to Aadhaar eKYC, eSign, video KYC, account aggregator or India Stack products.
- Experience selling SaaS or on-premise enterprise software into regulated environments.
- Fluency in Malayalam and/or Hindi in addition to English.
What We Offer - Fixed salary of ₹9–14 LPA, benchmarked to experience, plus uncapped commission on closures and renewals — on-target earnings of ₹12–19 LPA.
- Accelerated commission rates above 100% of target, paid quarterly.
- A proven product with marquee reference clients – you’re not selling a promise.
- Direct access to founders and the product team; short decision cycles.
- A front-row seat in India’s digital public infrastructure story, in a category that keeps expanding as regulation evolves.
