VK Global HR is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, confident and commercially minded Business Development Associate to help us build our client base and drive business growth.
Important: This is a SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION role — NOT a recruiter role.

What will you do?
- Generate fresh leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and networking.
- Identify companies with hiring needs and connect with decision-makers.
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, CEOs and business owners.
- Arrange client meetings and pitch VK Global HR’s recruitment services.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Work towards monthly business development and revenue targets.
What are we looking for?
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and approaching new clients.
- A proactive, persistent and target-driven mindset.
- Good networking, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
- B2B sales or recruitment services experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Most importantly, we want someone hungry to learn, build relationships and win new business.
