What Youll Do: As a Business Development Manager - Physical Security youll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product.
• Research and study of Ingram Micros position/market share per region/channel segment and share inputs to the PMs.
• Support the execution of Marketing Plan working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.
• Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business.
• Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions.
• Development of close relations with the vendor channel at every level.

What You Bring to the Role: Were looking for someone with:

• A graduate degree with 5 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development especially in Physical security .
• Experience working with IT system integrators and dealing with end-users.
• Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
• A self-starter self-motivated and a team player.
• A strong customer-first mentality able to utilize relationships to drive results.
