Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Staffing to drive client acquisition and business growth across India and APAC markets . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT staffing solutions, GCC business development, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and enterprise client acquisition.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, expanding staffing partnerships, and driving revenue growth across India and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition across India and APAC markets for IT staffing and workforce solutions.
• Identify and develop relationships with:
• GCCs (Global Capability Centers)
• IT Services Companies
• Product Companies
• Enterprise Organizations
• Regional APAC clients
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and industry connects.
• Drive business development for:
• Contract Staffing
• Permanent Staffing
• Workforce Solutions
• RPO / Recruitment Solutions
• Identify GCC expansion opportunities and establish long-term staffing partnerships.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and Procurement teams.
• Lead client discussions, commercial negotiations, rate card discussions, MSA agreements, and vendor onboarding.
• Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Manage sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and revenue targets.
• Develop account growth strategies and expand existing client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales within IT Staffing or Recruitment Industry .
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and generating staffing business across India and APAC markets.
• Strong experience in:

• Permanent Staffing
• GCC Client Acquisition
• Workforce Solutions
• Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO)
• Strong network with GCCs, enterprise clients, and technology organizations.
• Understanding of staffing commercials, margins, client engagement models, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates from IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Solutions companies preferred.
• Experience handling India and APAC client portfolios.
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets, revenue growth, and long-term client partnerships.
