Business Development Executive - Landscaping & Garden Sales Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and sales for landscaping and garden-related products and services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding landscaping requirements, preparing proposals/quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, gardening, outdoor living, and related solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, site visits, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, property owners, developers, contractors, consultants, landscapers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand their landscaping, gardening, and outdoor space requirements.
• Recommend suitable landscaping products, garden solutions, plants, pots, planters, outdoor furniture, irrigation solutions, garden accessories, and related products based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution.
• Follow up on quotations and leads regularly and convert prospects into confirmed orders/projects.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and closing conditions within approved company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and conversions in the CRM/ERP system.
• Explore opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling of landscaping and garden products/services.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to generate new leads and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Coordinate with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development reports for management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, commercial guidelines, and approved credit/payment terms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in landscaping, gardening, horticulture, outdoor furniture, garden products, construction, or interior/exterior solutions.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and garden products/services will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
• Ability to conduct client meetings and site visits independently.
• UAE market experience and an existing network of landscaping contractors, developers, consultants, property management companies, and corporate clients would be an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
