Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP accounting workflows to ensure alignment between business documents, contracts, and accounting postings
• Review and enhance business process controls without compromising compliance standards
• Oversee complete monthly and quarterly financial closing processes using structured checklists
• Ensure accurate posting of sales, purchases, income, and expenses
• Verify vendor and customer bank account registrations and provide guidance on cross-border payment matters
• Build strong working relationships with business and corporate departments to support compliant operations
• Support digital transformation initiatives and departmental improvement projects
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or operational accounting roles
• Experience handling accounts payable, receivable, sales and purchase documentation verification
• Practical experience using SAP accounting systems
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools
• Interest in digital transformation and process optimisation
• Self‑driven with strong communication and teamwork skills
