Business Setup Consultant - Renewals | UAE

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Renewals Advisor to join a growing team in the UAE.
In this role, you will manage the renewal of business licences, visas, establishment cards, and other government-related documents, while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to drive revenue.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business formation or business setup , strong consultative sales skills, and a good understanding of the UAE's business setup landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process renewals of business licences, visas, establishment cards, and other relevant government documents.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners to encourage repeat business.
- Advise clients on business setup requirements, licensing options, packages, pricing, and renewal processes.
- Follow up on opportunities, address client objections, and convert leads into successful sales.Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and communications using CRM systems. li>
- Ensure timely responses to client enquiries and adhere to internal service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Holds a valid UAE driving licence.
- Previous experience in business formation, company setup, or business setup advisory is essential.
- 2–4 years of experience in consultative sales, renewals, business setup, or a similar client-facing role.
- Understanding of UAE free zones, mainland company formation, business licensing, and visa processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow up consistently, and work towards sales targets.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu would be an advantage.
