Business Systems Analyst – UAT / Testing - onsite in Pittsburgh or Cleveland

About the Team

This position is part of a team of nine responsible for coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end business testing, as well as providing user support.

The team works closely with subject matter experts, project teams, crews, and the technology supporting those crews. Experience with project and portfolio management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project team members throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Develop and document both positive and negative test scenarios and test scripts.
• Identify, prepare, and stage the data required to execute test scenarios and scripts.
• Communicate with testers, including leading testing kickoff meetings, providing testing instructions, and following up on incomplete testing or reported issues.
• Facilitate discussions with SMEs, project teams, and testers to drive issue identification and resolution.
• Help keep testing activities organized and on schedule to meet defined testing milestones.

• Strong experience with user acceptance testing and/or end-to-end business testing.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
