Butler Guest Services Desk — Luxury Hospitality

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha West Bay is seeking a Non-Management Guest Services Agent to answer, log, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices, and to provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

You will operate the switchboard, assist with wake-up calls, relay messages, and coordinate with departments to ensure requests are resolved to guests' satisfaction, while maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
