Let’s be upfront about what this is:

We are L&B Investment Firm, and we are looking for a heavy hitter to raise capital. We have a highly attractive Data Center Fund , and we need someone who can connect our assets with massive capital.

This isn't a standard corporate 9-to-5. There is no base salary. This role is 100% commission-based and fully remote . In exchange, we offer extremely aggressive, high-percentage payouts on the capital you bring into our funds. If you have the right network, the earning potential is uncapped.

What you will actually do:

• Pitch our Data Center Fund (and other investment opportunities) to UHNWIs and massive institutional investors.
• Manage the whole cycle: set up the meetings, pitch the product, and drive the deal all the way to the close.
• Work alongside our legal, compliance, and management teams to get the deals signed.

Exactly what we need from you:

• You bring the funds (Mandatory): You must already have active mandates and direct access to major investment funds. We want big tickets—the higher the AUM (Assets Under Management), the better.
• Data Center Expertise: You need to know the Data Center industry inside and out. You can't sell our fund if you don't deeply understand the asset class.
• The 100% Commission Mindset: You are completely comfortable working strictly for commissions because you know your network and your closing skills will deliver results.
• Sales & Hustle: You know how to build trust with high-level investors, negotiate terms, and close complex deals.
