Cardiovascular Technician

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technician to join our client in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This role is based within one of the UAE s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks renowned for delivering world-class medical services and operating state-of-the-art facilities across the Emirate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic cardiovascular procedures operating specialized equipment and assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. Candidates with proven experience handling PEDIATRIC patients will be highly preferred. This position requires strong technical expertise excellent patient care skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of medical practice. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform non-invasive and/or invasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures as per physician s orders including procedures for pediatric patients.
  
• Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment ensuring accurate test results.
  
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes obtaining medical history and positioning them appropriately.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during procedures responding promptly to any complications.
  
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures when required.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and test reports.
  
• Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance protocols at all times.
  
• Keep up to date with advancements in cardiovascular technology and best practices.
  

Requirements

To be considered you need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent.
  
• Valid healthcare professional license/registration in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one).
  
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting including pediatric cases.
  
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy physiology and diagnostic procedures.
  
• Proficiency in operating cardiovascular diagnostic equipment.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
