Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpenter Chargehand to join our High-Rise Building Construction Project.
Location: Dubai, U.A.E
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate carpenters and helpers on site.
- Manage daily manpower and carpentry activities.
- Supervise formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, cores, and stairs.
- Read and interpret construction/shop drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, dimensions, and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other trades.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Maintain strict HSE, PPE, and work-at-height requirements.
- Ensure good housekeeping and minimize material wastage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant carpentry experience.
- High-rise building construction experience is preferred.
- Previous Chargehand/Supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of structural formwork and concrete works.
- Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
