Carpenter - Contract Position in Ar-Ruwais, Nepal
We are hiring a skilled Carpenter for a contract position in Ar-Ruwais, Nepal. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures according to project specifications. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut and shape wood using hand and power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs etc.
- Inspect materials for defects and make repairs or replacements as needed
- Follow safety procedures while operating tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials/tools
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English ( Nepali language skills preferred)
Contract Details
- Contract duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Salary: $1200/month (accommodation provided)
- Location: Ar-Ruwais, Nepal
