Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine project requirements Measure, cut and shape wood using hand and power tools Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs etc. Inspect materials for defects and make repairs or replacements as needed Follow safety procedures while operating tools and equipment Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Proficient in using hand and power tools Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials/tools Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English ( Nepali language skills preferred) Contract Details Contract duration: 6 months (with potential for extension) Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week Salary: $1200/month (accommodation provided) Location: Ar-Ruwais, Nepal #J-18808-LjbffrThis listing is sourced from a third-party job board.
