We are looking for a skilled Carpenter Foreman specialized in Formworks to oversee and manage the construction of formwork structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters, ensuring the quality of formwork installations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibility

• 1. Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters in the construction of formwork structures.
• 2. Interpret blueprints and construction plans to execute formwork installations accurately.
• 3. Ensure that all formwork is built according to specifications and quality standards.
• 4. Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• 5. Train and mentor carpenters on proper techniques and best practices for formwork construction.
• 6. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• 7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during formwork construction and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

• 1. Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman with expertise in formworks.
• 2. In-depth knowledge of formwork construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• 3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings.
• 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• 6. Physical stamina and dexterity to work in a construction environment.
• 7. Certification or training in carpentry and formwork construction is a plus.
