Carpenter Supervisor We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of carpenters to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of carpentry techniques. Responsibilities Supervise a team of carpenters and provide guidance and support as needed Review project plans and blueprints to determine materials, tools, and techniques required Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members Monitor progress and ensure that projects are being completed on time and within budget Inspect completed work for quality control Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during construction Train new employees on company procedures and safety protocols Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Benefits Competitive salary of 1400$ per month Full-time job with stable working hours Accommodation provided Employment visa sponsorship Vacation days Yearly bonuses We welcome applications from all nationalities but preference will be given to Egyptians.
