Customer Service and Sales

• Greet, assist, and serve customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating matters to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of the product range and current in-store promotions.
• Explain relevant products and promotional offers to customers to support sales.
• Assist sales teams during the sales process when required.
• Work toward assigned sales targets while keeping customer needs at the center of the interaction.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the shop floor and cash desk.

Cash Desk Operations

Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately using authorized payment methods. Issue the appropriate receipts and bills for customer purchases while maintaining established cash desk standards. The Cashier is also responsible for keeping the checkout area clean, tidy, organized, and appropriately replenished throughout store operations.

Store and Stock Support

• Complete assigned store opening and closing checklists within the required timelines.
• Support stock-related activities, including deliveries and stock tracking.
• Assist with replenishment to maintain appropriate product availability.
• Help maintain merchandise displays according to store requirements.
• Remain alert to potential security risks and escalating concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Support wider store operations as required to maintain an efficient customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Certificate.
• 1-2 years of industry experience.
• Experience within a retail or luxury retail environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Fluent English.
