Cashier - Retail Store (Indian Nationals Preferred) We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our retail store located in Al-Rayyan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide them with prompt and efficient service. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Accept payments in various forms, such as cash, credit cards, or mobile payments. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile any discrepancies. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or overstocking. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and store security. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
