Just imagine shaping the channel that will represent more than one third of our Middle East and Africa business. Then make it real.
As our Channel Director, LEGO® Branded Channel, you’ll lead the Middle East and Africa Business Unit’s largest trade channel. You’ll oversee a team managing three LEGO Certified Store partners across seven countries, alongside the LEGOLAND Dubai relationship. You’ll grow our store network, accelerate e-commerce and create distinctive LEGO brand experiences online and offline. You will also develop an experienced commercial team and build strong, mutually beneficial partner relationships.
If you have developed customers and retail (branded) channels profitably through a capable team, you will feel at home here. What matters most is how you bring people together through leadership, collaboration, and storytelling.
You will join our Middle East and Africa team within Markets & Channels, helping expand the LEGO brand across a region with high potential. We stay connected through regular one‑to‑ones, channel meetings and business unit sessions. Our hybrid rhythm brings us together for important meetings and team events, alongside focused home working. You will strengthen a collaborative culture while developing people and building trusted relationships across teams.
You will establish the LEGO Branded Channel as a strong platform for sustainable growth across stores, e-commerce and partner performance. Saudi Arabia will be a key priority, alongside new routes to market and stronger capabilities. You will work closely with partner leadership, regional and global LEGO Branded Channel teams, marketing, e-commerce, Operations, Finance, Commercial Development, leadership teams and your direct team.
